BizOneGuides offers tailored coaching services aimed at improving business strategies and management efficiency. Our offerings are divided into three categories: coaching services, digital informational products, and physical products (if applicable).

Coaching Services

Coaching services include personalized sessions, group workshops, and ongoing consulting. All sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are generally not available once a session has commenced.

Refund Policy: If you cancel a session at least 48 hours in advance, you may reschedule it without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded nor rescheduled. If BizOneGuides cancels a session, a full credit will be issued for rescheduling a new session.

Rescheduling: Clients can request to reschedule coaching sessions subject to availability by contacting us through the contact form.

Informational Products

Informational products consist of digital materials such as e-books, guides, and video tutorials provided through BizOneGuides.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital format and immediate access after purchase, refunds are not granted unless the product is defective or unusable. In such cases, please reach out via the contact form for assistance.

Access Transfer: Informational products are licensed for individual use only and are non-transferable.

Physical Products

If applicable, physical products available through BizOneGuides are subject to separate sales terms.

Refund Policy: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Please contact us through the contact form to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

General Refund Procedures

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days after approval. BizOneGuides reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these terms.
